On the sidebar in https://chapel-lang.org/docs/master/ we have "Built-in Types a… nd Functions" . These sections are duplicative with spec sections, e.g.:

https://chapel-lang.org/docs/master/language/spec/ranges.html#predefined-functions-on-ranges
We've historically had problems updating both of these so they can be in conflict.
In #16814 we reached the plan of moving the generated documentation for the internal modules (Built-in Types and Functions) into the appropriate spec sections. This issue tracks the task of actually doing it.
