Are there any discussion papers available for review on the alernatives? How many have been implemented and prototyped and have user feedback?
How many cycles of Discuss/Review/Propose/Consider-at-Length are anticipated? It appears none. A decision at the end of the meeting as appears to be in the offing seems unwise. Just my 2c.

I have posted a PDF containing all of the proposals to be discussed here. The PDF is a summary of all of the various proposals on that issue. Feel free to post feedback there.
We plan to use as much time as is needed while still keeping discussion concise. Any feedback on this format for future design discussions is appreciated.

If it helps, I would expect that any issues encountered while
implementing whatever decision is reached will be posted visibly (and
will potentially result in another meeting, depending on how intrinsic
the issues end up being)
