Gitter support outage

Hi Chapel Community,

With the Gitter update to relying fully on Matrix yesterday, the Chapel team at HPE is finding ourselves currently locked out. We are working to resolve this as soon as possible, however it may take a few days. In the meanwhile, please continue to reach out to us via Discourse and Github issues and we'll try to get back to you as soon as possible via those platforms. We will communicate here and on Gitter when we have access again.
