The Python and smoke test failures are the elevated error rate in apt installs (which are erroneously not getting retried) that I mentioned in Sign in to Hewlett Packard Enterprise | Slack, which could still use investigation if someone can spare the time.

The archlinux apptainer test failure is a true failure due to now defaulting to LLVM 23; I will pin to 22 to fix. It looks like archlinux made this update 2 weeks ago (Making sure you're not a bot!), but we only picked it up last night. I guess due to waiting for the changes to propagate out or more likely just an outdated mirror.
