Hello Chapel Community —
Today, we're proud to announce the release of Chapel 2.8! This version focuses primarily on tool improvements, though it also features some performance/vectorization and portability improvements. And of course it rolls up all of the bug fixes and feature improvements that we've made over the past three months, including those motivated by user issues and requests.
