New Issue: here.runningTasks does not appear to be documented in locale docs

I am expecting to see documentation for runningTasks() in Locales — Chapel Documentation 1.25 but I only see it here Chapel Tasks — Chapel Documentation 1.25 .

Looks to me like the method needs to be documented (removing pragma "no doc" and adding a documentation comment) in ChapelLocales.chpl.
