Merge pull request #19996 from ShreyasKhandekar/CLBGreadLineRevert
Reverting CLBG submitted files to use old readline
Changing CLBG Submitted Files to be consistent with what is on the CLBG website.
clbg-diff.py confirms that there is no difference.
