Merge pull request #18414 from e-kayrakli/readcsv-nofast
Comment adjustments in readcsv how-to
The initial test was too slow without --fast, but that issue has been fixed with
Control numCodepoints caching with a config param by e-kayrakli · Pull Request #18403 · chapel-lang/chapel · GitHub. This PR removes that from
the header comment.
Also addresses Readcsv how to by mstrout · Pull Request #18349 · chapel-lang/chapel · GitHub
