Merge pull request #17903 from lydia-duncan/addTests
Add a test locking in that the issue with inherited type methods has been fixed
[new test, not reviewed]
Not sure what fixed it, but glad I checked before trying to solve it. I think it may have
happened at the same time Cray/chapel-private#1731 was resolved
Verified a fresh checkout worked
