Hello Chapel Community —

I'm happy to announce that Chapel 2.6 was released yesterday! Highlights include:

- Improvements to the new `DynamicLoading` module
- Debugging enhancements
- Better unit testing support with Mason and VSCode
- Numerous documentation improvements
- A number of other advances in Chapel's tooling and packaging
