Thanks for the heads up Vass. I figured that my document will be instantly out-of-date once c_string is deprecated so I was waiting until the replacement ideas had become more solid. Also, I am not totally happy with my document as it stands. I was hoping that other's talking about the subject a bit more would provide words/concepts to help me plug some of the gaps that are left in my own document.
