Hello Chapel Community —

Today, we are proud to announce the release of Chapel 2.7, our first new version since [joining HPSF](https://hpsf.io/blog/2025/hpsf-welcomes-chapel/)! Highlights of 2.7 include a new flag for vector libraries, improved support for debugging, and advances to the Mason package manager.
