A category for automated notifications about various Chapel events.

This category contains sub-categories for script-generated notifications about new commits, new issues, new Stack Overflow posts, etc. By default most of the notification sub-categories are hidden for new users to cut down on noise.

In order to un-mute a given subcategory, go to the [Notifications Category](https://chapel.discourse.group/c/notifications/11), select a subcategory from the menu at the top, like "Commits", and click the bell icon at the upper right to set how you'd like to track the category.
