Hello Mentors,  
I, Prithwiraj Mitra, am a 2nd-year Information Technology student of Kalyani Government Engineering College, Kalyani, India. I am interested in working for **Enhancing the Chapel Linear Algebra Module** from the Chapel ideas-list as part of Google Summer of Code. I have submitted a draft proposal accordingly. Would somebody check on that draft proposal for any sort of improvements?
